We immediately talked to front desk which the gentleman was very concerned ab compassionate as well as the manager of the resort thAt I spoke to on the phone that evening.
The most disappointing experience was on Christmas Eve my wife and I were notified that her mother was dying. Entertainment was ok and sarvice was definitely like others have said hit or miss. Maybe just a bad night but service and food selected at Butchs Barbados side was not good.
The butler service was ok probably would not get it again at this resort, it didn’t seem as personal as the negril Butler experience. We had a great time on the E-bike tour and sunset cruise with Silvermoon. The resort is Beautiful, beach is great and grounds were impressive.
